problems with NB fan club

Heys guys,

ive been having trouble getting onto the fan club forum everytime i try and get on it says


An Error Occurred

what does this mean?

    Yeah,I have had so much trouble with this site and all the emails I have sent are never answered.I suppose no-one really cares about us fans. Just out of curiosity are in you in the States?
