It is a person who will walk you through the whole process. From making sure you are in the right line to getting in the venue to checking your ticket. It is just that a host, someone to answer your questions at the venue. It is usually someone who works for the band.
Last year it was Tour Tom, but he is no longer doing the Nickelback gig. So we're not sure who will be handling it this year.
