I’m the one in the Kroeger sandwich and so very pleased to be there, so deliriously happy!!!
Well going back .. I entered everything to try to win M&G.
Got nada from the Fan Club or radio competitions .. last resort e-Bay auction Avril Lavigne Foundation.
Won the bid for Sheffield Arena!! 2x M&G plus tix.
Oh f@ck yeah! .. Breathe! Heart rate far too rapid!
Well hey .. go figure, already had a ticket for that show .. (& O2 & Wembley)
…. as I was going on my own .. had a spare M&G!!.
So .. I wanted it to give it to someone who would appreciate the honour of meeting them.
Since being a Fan Club member I had made friends with other FC members – like-minded souls –beautiful people!
I asked my first FC friend – Bek.
She was happy to accept .. totally understating the screaming here!!
Bek & I had not met up before the day of the show .. We met, had a few drinkies, then went along to the M&G ..
(..again totally understating the riotous anxious turmoil of excited anticipation we were both feeling!)
It all went by far too quickly .. leaving an everlasting memory and the above photograph!
Thank you - Chad, Mike, Daniel, Ryan .. & Bek – I’m thrilled to have made your dream come true too!
