People have NO right to insult
I am one of those people, when I get into something its all or nothing, Music is one of my main passions, I spend most of my day with music around me and when I find a new band I like I become overly obsessed with them for a long period of time. For example I have been obsessed with Nickelback since I heard Far Away, How You Remind Me and Rockstar in 2010. As I get obsessed I get defensive, therefore when I read bad things about people I admire I get furious.
Honestly I don't understand why people have to insult people when they don't like them. I have read countless comments about how this and that Nickelback is, and in my opinion, if you don't like someone it's your problem, no one is forcing you to listen to them. This whole hater thing has gone way to far! I feel that you can only publically hate or insult someone if you can do what they do as good or better, if not you have NO right to judge them, no matter how much you hate their music, that is where free choice comes in. By publically I don't mean in a conversation with some friends, colleagues or classmates, I mean online or on camera if you are the position to do so.
Basically what I am trying to say is that most of the haters have no right to insult Nickelback or any other musician unless they are damn good musicians themselves.
