Why am blogging and what am I earning points for???

Why is is that in Internet World, when we like something or are keen to pursue an interest further we have to become its friend or follower? I just wanted to validate my CD on this page, and found myself registering. Now I am blogging so that my 'page' does not look so sad, ie "No friends Alex".

I am happy to be here because I love Nickelback. The music is a whole-lotta-naughty and whole-lotta-nice. My 6yr old smost popular song on her IPOD is when we stand together.

Do I get points now ? xxx
