San Jose Concert - HELP!!

We had 4 tickets to Nickleback in San Jose last night. Started the drive yesterday (7 hrs), only to be stopped by a phone call that my father in law was in emergency surgery. Had to stop our whole trip and my son (who got the tickets for his 18th birthday), didn't get his birthday dream come true! :( Looking for tickets for the next closest to us (Portland, OR) and VIP is closed. HELP!! This was his dream concert ~ We really need tickets to Portland VIP. Any ideas?
