Nickelback's music style
It seems that Nickelback have kind of changed their style over the years.Their first album was grunge-like, their second album was more rock-ish, Silver Side Up was still rock, but it had a higher budget and The Long Road was when they started to do softer songs. Personally I prefer that they do rock songs and softer songs, because it's good to have a mix :)

There first album curb didn't have the right quality it needed, Chad's voice sounds too grudge-like which makes the songs I think wash out, but they are just perfect in there own way. You can tell when you listen to other rock bands that the leaders voice is loud and good, but yet when you listen to Nickelback his voice is just so PERFECT because it is raspy and just the perfect voice for rock music.
